Charitable Gaming Centre entry is limited to persons 18 years of age or older. Persons who appear under the age of 25 will be asked to produce valid, government issued, photo identification as proof of age.
Each player must purchase at least one regular book in order to purchase or play extra cards or specials. Each Charitable Gaming Centre may have specific warm-up games or other game exceptions.
Management reserves the right to impose a minimum purchase amount on any product at any time.
Altering cards such as splitting or cutting is prohibited. Any wins as a result of altered bingo paper will not be honored.
No sharing of bingo paper or player devices is allowed.
Bingo cards are valid only for the event for which they are purchased.
The maximum amount of electronic card faces which may be purchased is 36.
No reservation of seating or bingo product is permitted. Seating is always on a first come first serve basis unless otherwise specified by management.
Players are restricted to the use of one electronic player device during any given bingo session.
Only transparent ink dabbers may be used to mark bingo cards. The bingo card numbers and serial numbers must be visible in order to verify a bingo and ensure game integrity.
It is the BINGO PLAYER’S RESPONSIBILITY to notify the caller by yelling “BINGO” or signaling mechanically and must be heard or seen by the caller. Players must keep their hand raised until a Customer Service Representative (CSR) verifies the win.
For electronic bingo cards, all balls called must be acknowledged on the electronic player device.
Any winning claims must be made before the Caller announces the game is closed in order for the claim to be valid.
All bingo numbers are valid once they are called verbally.
Winnings may ONLY be claimed by the winning player. All
winnings valued over $999.99 are subject to a Family Responsibility Office (FRO) search. Proper government issued identification is required to claim the prize.
Violation of House Rules and/or Rules of Play and/or Government Regulations may result in a player not being awarded a prize.
All final decisions will be made in accordance with OLG’s Policies and Procedures.
Management reserves the right to limit or refuse food and/or beverage consumption purchased outside the Charitable Gaming Centre.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items.
Every effort will be made to prevent duplicate cards; in the unlikely event of card duplication, prizing will be shared equally between winners.
Cell phones and other electronic devices should be turned off prior to entering the Charity Gaming Centre unless the device is in silent mode, used for texting or browsing and most importantly is not intrusive to other players. Management has the exclusive right to ask a player to stop using cell phones and other electronic devices at any time and for any reason.
Players must respect other players. Foul language, bad behaviour or disrespect of other players, staff members and/or charity volunteers will not be tolerated. Any player out of compliance may be asked to leave by management.
Management reserves the right to refuse admittance.
All camera use is prohibited inside the Charitable Gaming Centre unless preauthorized by management.
Players may not remove tickets from inside the clear plastic Break Open Ticket (BOT) container.
Management reserves the right to select, sell and play sealed cards and event tickets at their discretion.
All product offerings are subject to change at the discretion of management.
Refunds will be awarded only at discretion of management.
The acceptance of foreign currency and exchange rates are subject to the Charitable Gaming Centre management.
House rules are subject to change at any time without advance notification.
For games with a set ordinal, the odds of a card winning are dependant on the ordinal and pattern and number of cards in play. For games without a set ordinal, the odds of a card winning are dependant on the total number of cards in play.
